自然や宇宙とのつながりを失えば、人は簡単に病気になる

先週は胃の痛みに苦しんどったが今週はどうだったんじゃ？

おかげさまでだいぶ楽になりました。

薬のおかげで胃の痛みに襲われることはほとんどなくなり、痛みがなくなることで冷静さを取り戻し、悩んでいた人間関係もいい方向に転がりました。

それはよかったのぉ。どうやって悩んでいた人間関係を解決させたのじゃ？

とあるグループの人間関係になじめず孤立していました。

グループからは抜けたくないけど、浮いている感じが苦しくて、このままなじめないならやめるしかないのかな？とまで思い詰めていました。

嫌われているような気がしてしまうから距離を取ってしまう。

距離を取ってしまうからさらに孤立してしまうという悪循環。

そうなっちゃうと関係を修復するのむずかしいんじゃない？

普通ならそこからグループになじもうとして無理な努力をし、作り笑顔をしているうちに破綻するというパターンだと思うんですが、今回も瞑想が助けてくれました。

感情が苦しいときはいつも以上に瞑想時間が長くなります。

薬のおかげで楽になったので、じっくり瞑想に取り組むことができました。

１時間くらいの瞑想を繰り返すうちにわかってきました。

普段なら自然や宇宙という大いなるものに包まれ、エネルギーで繋がっている感覚を持っていたのに、気がつけばその繋がりを忘れ、悩んでいる小さな人間関係の世界の中に埋没していたことに。

どういうこと？

山や海、空や大地、植物や動物、そして無限に存在する霊魂。

そういった無数の存在とつながり、エネルギーをもらっていたのに、人間関係に悩んだ結果、その大きなエネルギー源とのつながりが絶たれていて、人間関係に悩み消耗し、エネルギーをどんどん失っていたということです。

それに気づいてどうしたのじゃ？

あらゆるときに海や山・生き物たちとのつながりを感じるようにしました。

あらゆる存在に愛され、励まされているということを感じるようにしました。

そしたら、悩んでいたことでエネルギーを奪われることはなくなり、どんどん元気になっていきました。

愛されていると感じることって大事だなと思いました。

でもそれだけじゃ人間関係の悩みは根本から解決しないじゃない？どうしたの？

いつも人間関係で悩むとやることですが、グループ内の人たちの笑顔をイメージする時間を持ちました。

僕に向けられていた冷ややかで暗い表情を、笑顔で上書きする作業です。

なかなか笑顔を想像するのってむずかしいんじゃない？

最初はそうなんですけど、笑わない人なんでいないんですよ。

どんなに仏頂面の人だって嬉しければ笑うし、楽しければ笑うんです。

笑顔をイメージできるようになると、その人達の違う側面を感じることができるようになっていきます。

笑顔が想像できるようになれば、あとは現実が自動的に変わっていきます。

多少プレッシャーは感じましたが、グループに再び突撃してみました。

するとそれまでの膠着した人間関係はウソのようになくなりました。

なじめなくて嫌われているような気分だったのに、打ち解けて話すことができるようになりました。

よかったね！

今回は大きく体調を崩して胃だけでなく、心臓まで苦しくなるような病気に発展しましたが、落ち着いてくると「なんでこんなことになったのだ？」と考えるようになりました。

何が原因だったの？

最初は膝の怪我がきっかけでした。

瞬発力トレーニングを初めて、昔のようなキレのある動きができそうな気がして嬉しくなっていたときに起こった膝の怪我。

ちょっと膝を曲げると抜けるような痛みが走るようになってしまいました。

「もう一生まともにバスケができないのかも…」と悩みました。

自分では気がついていなかったんですが、それが宇宙とのエネルギーのつながりを切り始めるきっかけになってしまったんですね。

宇宙とのエネルギーの繋がりが切れると気持ちが弱くなっていきます。

気持ちが弱くなっていくと、強気で跳ね除けていた悩みを跳ね除けられなくなっていきます。

気持ちで抑えていた人間関係の悩みがどんどん悪化していくんですね。

ポジティブに捉えていたはずのことを、ネガティブに捉えるようになってしまう。

そうして最初は膝の怪我だけだったのに、人間関係の悩みがどんどん膨らみ、ストレスとプレッシャーに押しつぶされて胃炎となってしまったわけです。

でも今回の経験で学んだのじゃろ？

ですね。

自然や宇宙とのつながりが僕を元気にしてくれているし、そのつながりを絶ったら次々に苦しみが押し寄せてくるのだと思いました。

ネガティブスパイラルに陥ると手がつけられません。

病気になるまで発展してしまいます。

自然とつながっているか？宇宙とつながっているか？

人間関係に悩んだらスッと思い出そうと思います。

小さな世界から抜け出し、大きな世界の愛に気がつく。

それだけでこんなにも事態は回復するのだと学んだ１週間でした。
